Privacy Policy — Liquid Calm

Liquid Calm collects nothing, sends nothing, and has no way to do either. It has no network permission on Android and makes no network requests on iOS. There is no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting, no account and no third-party code of any kind. There is no server for your information to go to, because there is no server.
What we collect
Nothing.
Not your name, not an email address, not a device identifier, not an advertising ID, not your location, not usage statistics, not crash reports, not anything else. There is no sign-up, no login and no profile.
What the app stores on your device
Your settings, and only your settings:

This is kept in the app's own storage on your device. It never leaves the device, it is not backed up to us, and nobody but you can read it. Deleting the app deletes it.
Permissions
On Android the app requests no permissions at all. You can
verify this yourself: the app's page on Google Play lists its permissions, and
Liquid Calm's list is empty. Because the INTERNET permission is
absent, Android itself prevents the app from connecting to a network. This is
enforced by the operating system, not merely promised by us.
On iOS the app requests no permissions. It does not use the camera, microphone, photo library, location, contacts, notifications, or tracking.
Children
Liquid Calm is designed for use by children, including children under 13.
Because the app collects no personal information whatsoever, there is nothing for a parent to consent to, request, or ask us to delete. This is a design decision rather than a policy position: the app was built so that the question cannot arise.
We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the UK Age Appropriate Design Code, and the GDPR's provisions on children's data, and we do so by holding no data at all.
Advertising
There is none, and there never will be. The app contains no advertising software.
Third parties
There are none. Liquid Calm includes no third-party libraries, services, or software development kits. Nothing in the app was written by anyone else, and nothing in it reports to anyone else.
Purchases
Liquid Calm is paid once. There are no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. Payment is handled entirely by Apple or Google; we never see your payment details and receive no information about you from either store beyond anonymous, aggregate sales totals.
Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes, the date at the top will change with it. We would only expect to change it if the app itself changed — and the no-data position above is a design constraint we intend to keep.
