Chuông không reo?

Mở Cài đặt → Kiểm tra chuông trong ứng dụng. Mục nào có dấu đỏ, bấm "Sửa".
Bấm Thử chuông: chuông sẽ reo sau 10 giây. Hãy khóa màn hình và chờ.
Trên điện thoại Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo, Realme, Samsung, Huawei: làm theo Hướng dẫn tắt tiết kiệm pin trong Cài đặt của ứng dụng.
Trên iPhone: vào Cài đặt → Thông báo → Nhắc Giùm, bật "Cho phép thông báo" và "Nhạy cảm về thời gian". Nếu đã lâu không mở ứng dụng, hãy mở một lần để lời nhắc tiếp tục reo.

Chuyển sang điện thoại mới

Trên máy cũ: Cài đặt → Sao lưu → Lưu ra một tệp, gửi tệp sang máy mới. Trên máy mới: Cài đặt → Sao lưu → Khôi phục từ tệp.

Đã mua nhưng chưa mở khóa

Cài đặt → Khôi phục giao dịch, khi điện thoại có mạng. Dùng cùng tài khoản App Store / Google Play đã mua.

Thoát chế độ đơn giản

Giữ ngón tay trên chữ "Hôm nay" 3 giây, rồi bấm Thoát.

An alarm did not ring

Open Settings → Alarm check in the app and tap "Fix" on anything marked red.
Tap Test alarm: it rings in 10 seconds. Lock the screen and wait.
On Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo, Realme, Samsung or Huawei phones, follow the Battery setting guide in the app's Settings.
On iPhone: Settings → Notifications → Nhắc Giùm, turn on "Allow Notifications" and "Time Sensitive". If you have not opened the app for a while, open it once so reminders keep ringing.

Moving to a new phone

On the old phone: Settings → Backup → Save to a file and send the file to the new phone. On the new phone: Settings → Backup → Restore from a file.

Bought, but still locked

Settings → Restore purchase, while online, signed in to the same App Store / Google Play account.

Leaving simple mode

Hold your finger on "Today" for 3 seconds, then tap Leave.
