Support — Which First
UTrendtek, Inc.
New here? How to use Which First — a five-minute guide, in English and Vietnamese.
Write to admin@utrendtek.com. A person reads it. Tell us what happened and what device you are using, and we will help.
If you cannot afford it
If Which First would help your child and the price is the reason you do not have it, write to us and we will give it to you. You do not need to explain or prove anything. This offer has no limit and no end date.
The same goes for any school, nursery, clinic or therapist who asks.
Getting into the setup screen
The way in is deliberately quiet, so that a child using the board cannot find it: tap the small grey dots in the bottom-right corner twice, then enter the password you chose.
The first time you do this, the app asks you to choose a password rather than enter one. Pick something you already know — a name, a birth year. It is keeping a child out of the setup screen, not protecting anything else.
If you have forgotten the password
The reminder you wrote is shown on the password screen. If that is not enough, there is no way for us to recover it — we hold no data about you at all, which is the point. Reinstalling the app clears it, but also removes your routines and any photographs you added.
Write to us before you do that. There may be something we can suggest.
Using your own photographs
In the setup screen, open a routine, choose Picture on any step, then Take or choose a photo. A photograph of your child's own toothbrush works better than any picture we could supply.
Photographs stay on your device. They are never uploaded, to us or anyone.
Languages
The app speaks fifteen languages, changed in the setup screen. Changing the language changes only the app's own words — anything you typed stays exactly as you wrote it.
If a translation reads wrongly to you as a native speaker, please tell us. That is the single most useful message we can receive, and we will fix it.
Privacy
The app collects nothing and sends nothing. The full policy is at the privacy policy page.
